RIDDOR, the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations, sets out exactly which incidents must be reported to the authorities, and getting it wrong can land an organisation in serious trouble.

This course explains which deaths, injuries, occupational diseases and dangerous occurrences are reportable, including the sometimes confusing rules around over seven day injuries and incidents involving members of the public. You will learn who holds the duty to report, how reports are made, the deadlines that apply, and the records that must be kept even when a report is not required.
